- 1 / 5By Jaime VillegasStood in line for 20mins just to pull to the window so they can give me a "Venti" size that's only filled as a "grande" size. Then when ordering my sandwich, I specifically told her the type of sandwich, and she still handed me the sandwich that was what she thought I should get. When trying to explain what was going on and needing my money back, they INSISTED that they filled up my cup all the way and accused me of eating the whipped cream, which was not an option given to me, and by the way I don't even like whipped cream! The fact of the young attitude and rudeness that was given here, I hope Starbucks is well aware of this. Actually I think I will take it upon myself to let corporate know. Thanks again Taylor(because nobody else wore name tags)...got a 5 1/2 hours drive ahead of me.September 03, 2016
